How to restrict the available entities to be exposed by a project

Release R2.4 introduced a way to restrict project owners selecting any entity. In the advanced settings tab, enable lifetime app access.

This setting will restrict the entities upon creating or editing a project. Only users with access to the service center will be able to select entities, and only entities for apps they have access to in the lifetime app.
