After registration and acceptance of the terms & conditions, an invoice will be issued for the Basic or Enterprise plan, with payment made via bank transfer. You’ll have immediate access to Hubway through a 15-day trial for Basic or a 30-day trial for Enterprise, allowing you to start using it before payment is required.
A trial period is a timeframe in which you can cancel your plan before payment.
No. We will not charge you until your free trial has ended. You can cancel anytime before the end of the trial period to avoid being charged.
We offer quarterly payment options for Basic and Enterprise plans, plus optional fees for add-ons in the Enterprise plan.
The Enterprise plan offers several add-ons to enhance your experience:
- On-prem Installation Pack: Initial setup for on-prem environments.
- On-prem Support Pack: Level 2 support for on-prem environments.
- Oracle DB Pack: Compatibility with Oracle DB in on-prem environments.
