What is the difference between draft and published versions?

The draft version takes the latest version of its Entity structure. So, any change to the Entity attributes will reflect in the Draft version of the Test or Production service links. See it as your sandbox.

The published version takes a snapshot of the Entity structure at the time of publishing. So, any change to the Entity attributes will not reflect on a published version of Test or Production service links.
