Hubway Connect is licensed through the OutSystems Independent Software Vendor (ISV) program. The licence file is generated by OutSystems and tied to a customer’s account, through the customer’s activation code. The process goes like this. Hubway Team will raise a support ticket with OutSystems with your activation code. Your platform owner will need to approve the ticket, after which an OutSystems support agent will install the Hubway licence file directly on your Cloud environment.
Hubway Team will not have access to any of your data, apps or infrastructure during this process.
