I retrieved data from System Entities added to my Hubway Project. Why are they not displayed in the API?

System Entities data might not be available in runtime if you have Multi-Tenancy enabled and the user doing the request is not authorized to any of the system espaces.

If your project version has the Multi-Tenancy filter on, the API will filter Multi-Tenancy entities by the runtime user’s tenant.

Should this not be the case, contact us to ensure the feature is enabled correctly in your environment.
